Reset Your Password

If you forget your password, the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page provides the ability to request a temporary password sent to you via a system-generated email. You should be aware of the following:

  1. On the Login page, click Forgot Password.

    The Reset Password window appears.

  2. Enter your company code and user name in the corresponding fields.
  3. Click Get Password.

    The system sends a password reset email to the email address associated with your user profile.

  4. Locate the system-generated email and copy the temporary password.
  5. Return to the Login page and complete the Company Code and Username fields and paste the temporary password in the Password field.
  6. Click Log In.

    The Change Password window appears.

  7. Enter the temporary password and new password in their designated fields.
  8. Click Change.

    The system updates your user profile with the new password.

    The system updates the Admin Activity Log report with temporary password generation information.
