Assign Invoices to User Audit Queue

4786_note You must have Audit permission to use the Audit Defaults tab. Contact your InvoicingSM administrator for more information.

  1. On the toolbar, point to Security and click Manage Users.

    A list of users appears.

  2. Click Manage for the user you want to manage.

    The Manage User window appears.

  3. Click the Audit Defaults tab.

    The Create Defaults option appears if the user has no defined defaults.

  4. Click Create Defaults.

    The Create Defaults page appears.

  5. Select or type the filters needed and click Save Tab. Select multiple criteria by pressing the CTRL key and clicking each selection.
